1.1. If the client wishes to commence work immediately after the discovery call, additional charges may apply.

1.2. Clients are required to make payments exclusively through Wise Payment; Maatya does not accept any other forms of payment.

1.3. Clients should not make direct payments to Maatya. All payments must be processed through the established payment channels.

1.4. Payment must be settled within one week from the date the invoice is generated. Failure to make timely payments will result in Maatya ceasing work immediately.

1.5. In the event of non-payment, Maatya reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

 

2. Contractual Arrangements

2.1. Clients are free to close the contract at any time.

2.2. Clients do not have permission to hire Maatya Virtual Assistance directly. All engagements and payments should go through the established channels as outlined in these terms and conditions.

3. Confidentiality

3.1. The client does not have permission to disclose any finance-related information about Maatya with Virtual Assistance.

4. General Conditions

4.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Maatya.

 

5. Modification and Termination

 

5.1. Prices for services are subject to change with notice.

5.2. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Product or Service without notice.

5.3. Maatya shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Product or Service.

7.3. Clients are responsible for notifying Maatya of the cancellation of their membership 24 hours prior to the next billable date.

8.2. Use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk.

8.3. We may offer new services and/or features through the website, subject to these Terms.
