I have worked with remote assistants for several years, but the                                                                                                      experience often left me frustrated and wanting more. It took me a while                                                                                      to find someone who could execute tasks to the level I expected from a                                                                                        team member.

 

                                                                                    One of my assistants was great until about a year of working together                                                                                          when the quality of work and consistency in performance gradually                                                                                              dropped, so we parted ways. Then, I hired someone who ended up                                                                                              being a workaholic. She would “work” ten hours on a task that only                                                                                              required a two. Despite the extra time logged, she wouldn't achieve                                                                                              great results. So we parted ways too.

Everything improved when I found Mehendi. Working with her has been a breath of fresh air after working with such lackluster performers. 

 

To start, I hired Mehendi for a short turnaround test project and compared her work to two other candidates I hired for the same test. Her quality of work far exceeded the other two. She delivered the final PDF presentation with excellent research, attractive design, and timely completion. After comparing her work to the others, hiring Mehendi was a no-brainer. We've worked together ever since then!

 

Mehendi is essential to my business in a few ways. Firstly, she helps keep my inbox tidy and organized to help keep me focused when I check my messages. Although it seems small, that little contribution to my day saves me many potentially distracted hours.

 

Secondly, Mehendi provides me with time leverage. As a producer and creative project manager, I might work on up to ten projects simultaneously. By delegating my research, administrative, or miscellaneous tasks to Mehendi, I can shave hours off of my work day and speed up my delivery time for project deliverables. Plus, I love that she’s in India and many time zones ahead because she can work while I sleep. Her tasks are regularly completed and ready for review when I wake up. It’s fantastic to start the day with an inbox full of completed to-do list items.

 

Lastly, Mehendi is great at trying new things outside her comfort zone. I always appreciate her willingness to give everything I assign an honest attempt, even if it’s complex and unfamiliar.

 

My only regret in working with Mehendi is that I don’t have enough tasks to hire her full-time. I wish I had her all to myself! So if you’re looking for a virtual assistant to help you with your personal or business tasks, look no further. Mehendi is friendly, hardworking, and highly organized. In other words, I highly recommend Mehendi and believe that anybody would be lucky to have her on their team (even if that means she’s unavailable for my projects during those hours 😅).
